Delete your Smart IPTV Player data

Last updated:

This page explains how to delete data associated with Smart IPTV Player, published on Google Play under the developer name Assraab Labs by Kotlinlabs (Kotlin Labs).

Smart IPTV Player has no user accounts and does not collect any data. Your playlists, provider details, favorites, watch history, downloads and settings are stored only on your device, so you can delete them yourself at any time.

Delete everything stored on your device

Phone or tablet

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Go to Apps → Smart IPTV Player → Storage & cache.
  3. Tap Clear storage (on some devices: Clear data).

Android TV / Google TV

  1. Open Settings → Apps → Smart IPTV Player.
  2. Select Clear data, then confirm.

Uninstalling Smart IPTV Player also deletes all of its on-device data, including saved provider credentials and any downloads.

Delete emails you sent us

If you contacted us by email, we can delete that correspondence. Email legal@kotlinlabs.com from the same address, with the subject line "Data deletion request — Smart IPTV Player". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, and what is kept

  • Deleted: all on-device data (when you clear storage or uninstall) and, on request, your emails to us.
  • Not held by us: we hold no other data about you, because the App does not send any to us.
  • Kept by Google, not by us: your purchase record is held by Google Play under your Google account so you can reinstall the App. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Your provider: data held by the playlist or media provider you connected is controlled by that provider. Contact them to delete it.
